The Re-Enchantment Workshop
Magic requires nurturance. Sometimes, though, our sparkle dims so scarce, we must take up the project of re-enchanting the practice from the beginning. This six-week creative process course is about reconnecting and re-enchanting the process of creation in an encouraging and intimate container, where you can try on some prompts given throughout the week and share what feels meaningful in a weekly process group (12 participants maximum).
When we say "creative container," we’re referring to a structure that strengthens your ability to respond to the world in new ways. Creative containers come in many shapes and sizes - from MFA programs to a personal journal. We believe all share familiar elements that we can call upon throughout the process, some of which will be the focuses of our six weeks.

Expectations
Each week, you'll have the opportunity to try on a new element of your creative process and see if it works for you in this intimate group setting. Perhaps it’s something you’ve been missing or something you’ve been over-rotating on. We have some theory, exercises, prompts and encouragement prepared for each week, and will hold space to share each week. There will also be a makeup session each week to keep you nurtured and up-to-date!

And for the "vibe:" This is a holistic, warm and attentive writing course that invites you to feel good as you go! There will be joy and permission. The co-facilitators are committed to nurturing you in the process. In this creative container, you will be exquisitely supported to try new ways of approaching blocks or tensions in your creativity. As poet Mindy Nettifee says of her own courses: Results will be deeply personal.

Perhaps you will write a poem and chisel it to its core meaning, and perhaps you will realize a wall that has been holding your imagination stagnant.
